Terms of Service
Effective September 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Workloop, getworkloop.com, and related services operated by Content Foundry, Inc. By using a service, you agree to these terms. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
The services
Workloop provides desktop and hosted tools for working with AI coworkers, local workspaces, connected services, and communications. Features may be experimental, change over time, or depend on third-party services.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for access to your account, devices, passkeys, and connected services. Provide accurate information and promptly tell us if you believe an account or credential has been compromised. Do not attempt to use another person's account or evade access controls.
Your content
You retain your rights in the prompts, files, messages, and other content you provide. You give Content Foundry permission to process that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the services or to comply with law. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and for accounts or services you connect.
AI results and connected services
AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review results before relying on them, especially for decisions that affect people, money, health, legal rights, security, or production systems. Workloop is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
When you connect or use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy policy apply. Content Foundry does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or independent use of information.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- send spam, harassment, threats, or deceptive messages;
- introduce malware or interfere with the services or other users;
- bypass security, rate limits, or access restrictions; or
- access data or systems without authorization.
SMS terms
Workloop uses SMS for account verification. If you are invited to the pre-release Workloop SMS pilot, sending your first message enrolls your number and consents to automated responses about your work requests and follow-up questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or email support@getworkloop.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The pilot is available only to invited participants and may change or end. Your mobile carrier may impose its own terms and charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
You may stop using the services and disconnect connected services at any time. We may change or discontinue features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the services, address misuse, comply with law, or respond to a third-party service change. Provisions that by their nature should continue after use ends—including ownership and applicable limitations—will continue.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular result. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services change. We will post the updated terms here and change the effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
